Fertility Awareness

You will learn how all about the reproductive cycle, how to chart your signs of fertility, what a "normal" cycle looks like, and how to identify your fertile window. Includes: A 2-3 hour virtual live class with Fertility Educator, Tara White. Unlimited email follow-up

Natural Family Planning

Includes everything from Fertility Awareness, plus 2 additional classes focused on learning the rules for avoiding pregnancy. Customized to your particular cycle and family planning goals. Unlimited email follow-up

Preconception Counseling

Ideal for clients who want to conceive within the next 3-6 months this 6 month support program includes all the education from Fertility Awareness Basics, plus personalized lifestyle counseling, educational, and emotional support for your TTC journey. 

Includes: 9 1:1 virtual meetings of 1-2 hours each and unlimited email support
